About Me

From Pekin, Illinois to Building Businesses, Wealth, and a Life of Purpose

I wasn’t born into wealth, and I didn’t follow a traditional path to success. I grew up in Pekin, Illinois. School was never where I found my passion. I barely earned my diploma, didn’t attend college, and never went to trade school. What I did have was a willingness to learn, work hard, and figure things out along the way. My education came from real-world experience, mistakes, setbacks, and the people I surrounded myself with.

My Story

Taking a Chance on Myself

In 2017, I started Force Masonry Construction. The family business that came before mine was struggling and carried significant debt. When I launched my own company, I quickly learned that simply having a new business name and a new EIN number didn’t matter to suppliers and vendors. If I wanted to build something of my own, I would first have to overcome obstacles that technically weren’t mine to begin with. That first year, Force Masonry Construction generated approximately $500,000 in revenue with a small part-time team. Nobody is coming to save you. Sometimes the only way forward is to take ownership and keep moving.

2020

Building Something Bigger

In 2020, I founded Force Basements, creating another avenue for growth and expansion.

2017 – Approximately $500,000 in revenue
2018 – Approximately $800,000 in revenue
2019 – Approximately $920,000 in revenue
2020 – Approximately $1 million combined revenue
2021 – Approximately $1.8 million combined revenue
2022 – Approximately $2.8 million combined revenue
2023 – Approximately $3.5 million combined revenue
2024 – Nearly $6 million combined revenue
2025 – On pace for approximately $7 million before the sale of the companies

The growth came from learning how to lead, build systems, hire the right people, delegate responsibilities, and continually invest in myself.

2022

The Hardest Year of My Life

In April 2022, I lost my father. That experience taught me resilience, perspective, and the importance of focusing on what truly matters. Don’t spend your life staring into the rearview mirror. Look through the windshield and keep moving toward the future.

Expanding Beyond Construction

I began exploring real estate and development opportunities. One of those opportunities was developing a self-storage facility in Pekin, Illinois. The project was successfully developed, operated, and ultimately sold, creating another milestone in my entrepreneurial journey.

2025

A New Chapter

In 2025, I sold Force Masonry Construction and Force Basements. The sale allowed me to shift my focus toward investing, mentorship, and helping others shorten the learning curve that every entrepreneur faces. Today, I own and operate a growing real estate portfolio and spend my time helping others build businesses, create wealth, and navigate the challenges that come with growth.

2026 And Beyond

Why I Mentor Others

My goal is to make the largest possible impact on as many people as I can. To me, success isn’t just about making money. It’s about building a life and a career you can be proud of, becoming the kind of leader people trust, and using what you’ve learned to help other people move forward.

I want to create opportunities, help people grow, and leave them better than I found them. That’s a big part of why I created my consulting and mentorship programs. I want to help people avoid some of the mistakes I’ve made, move faster with more confidence, and get clearer on what their next step should be.

Looking Forward

Long-term, my vision includes building a portfolio of more than 1,000 multifamily units and 3,000 self-storage units while creating communities, educational resources, and mentorship opportunities that help others achieve their own goals.

I’m just getting started.
